• Cider table visited by the guests numerous times during the event
• Event t-shirts given to the ~30 volunteers to wear during the event and after
• Roadside banner seen by nearly 2,500 cars per day
• Invitations mailed to over 750 addresses
• Emails to 450 subscribers
• Cider card given to the hundreds of guests
• Event & sponsors shared through website, Facebook, and Instagram pages with over 600 followers
• Event tickets cover the cider tasting and specialty tasting glass (note that event tickets cover the specialty tasting glass for the first 300 visitors)

Deadlines:

Sponsorship and logo (if applicable) must be received by
August 25, 2023 for inclusion on the roadside banner
August 25, 2023 for inclusion on the Tasting invitation
September 22, 2023 for inclusion on the Cider Card
